I Am Being Hacked On Animal Jam!

Ok guys no need to worry we handled  this the hacker has my bffs4ever and bffs4evah123 (i traded it to him to not hack my haileyam1 anymore) because he knows my pass to this account (haileyam1)  and can take all my items whenever he wants to. Cant give any users because i'm afraid he can be reading this and come back to hack me so yeah guys but he can take all my items whenever he wants to so i'm going to hope he/she has a heart in there and can spare me?
